FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What program do you use to create art?for a vv long time i used SAI/SAI2, however as of recent i've been using Clip Studio Paint! traditionally, i pretty much mess with all mediums - acrylic/oil, ink, pencil, colored pencil, watercolor, gouache, marker, etc.- What program do you use to animate/edit?frames are drawn in SAI2/CSP! i use windows movie maker for storyboarding and rough animations! final animations are done in After Effects and any last edits/compositing are done with CapCut!- What do you use to record speedpaints?i used to use hypercam 2 for sai, but now i use the handy lil csp function >:)- What tablet do you use to draw?i use a Wacom Intuos M pen tablet!- Do you do collabs/art trades/requests/commissions?i do, but only when i announce they’re open! i mostly host trades and requests on instagram. collabs are typically for mutuals. information regarding my commissions can be found here!

my art is categorized by different styles. please refer to the button above to see the rates and category examples before ordering.HOW DO SLOTS WORK?• when my comms are available, i typically open it via a limited amount of slots. a slot is secured when a full order is placed (details/payment have been sent and finalized). prospective clients do not occupy a slot.• an exception is made for those waitlisting during a closed period. waitlists during closing aren't always available, and waitlist slots are also limited.WHEN ORDERING...• please be as specific as possible on what you would like your drawing to entail. provide references if you can!• let me know what type of art you want so i can get an idea of the base price for your order.• let me know your method of payment and your email/username for it so i can send an invoice if applicable.• let me know if you want WIP shots. minor changes are allowed in the sketch phase, however any drastic changes will incur a fee that must be paid before alterations can be made. fee varies depending on complexity of change.PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY• payment is upfront and in full -- or, if this is a larger order, 50% is to be paid upfront and the final half before the commission is fully completed. i cannot work on a commission until the payment has gone through; for 50/50, the final piece cannot be sent until the second half of payment is fulfilled.• no refunds once the piece has been started. the only time a refund may be issued is if there is a problem with the payment and i have not started on the order yet, or if special circumstances occur (i.e. i am unable to start a commission due to unforeseen events causing prolonged delays). a refund of the amount i received will be issued via the original payment method.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY• copying/retracing of the art and/or removal of my watermark is strictly prohibited.• commissions are for personal use. reselling/commercial-use is also strictly prohibited (i.e. selling prints, stickers, etc.). different terms apply for commercial work - please reach out to me in regards to that.• public displays of the artwork (i.e. usage as a profile picture/banner, featured in an edit/video, used as cover art for music) is allowed with credit. as long as you're not profiting off my work without permission, most applications are acceptable (refer to point above for commerical work).• if you wish to repost my art, please ask and credit me.• if you are unsure or have any questions about the ways the commission can be used, don't hesitate to ask me!OTHER THINGS TO NOTE• i typically post my commissions. please let me know if you don't want yours posted.• i usually finish commissions within a week or 2, however it can take up to longer when i have multiple orders. please note that i tend to work on these at my own pace and when time permits, as well as the order in which they were requested. let me know if you have a deadline (additional fees may apply).• don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns!faq || beacons
